Your Options

You may have heard you only need a Will. Or maybe you heard that everyone should have a Trust. How do PODs and TODs work?

Estate planning doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. Learn the language and tools used in estate planning so you can make the right decisions and choose the best tools for you and your family.

Design your Unique
Estate Plan

We listen to you to create a precise and thorough estate plan to meet the specific needs of you and your family.  And, we can advise you on altering your estate plan in the future if your circumstances change.

Why Plan Now?

The truth about doing nothing or procrastinating:

Our mission is to provide cost-effective, understandable, and convenient estate planning that is designed to meet each client’s specific needs.

Estate Planning does not need to be costly, complicated, or time-consuming. Unlike larger law firms, as a small business, we are able to cut our overhead and pass along the cost savings to our clients.

We believe in the importance of listening to our clients so that we understand their needs and working together with them, we can craft an estate plan that is best for their specific situation.

Your time is valuable and convenience is important. We provide “mobile” legal services and work with our clients to meet them in a convenient location close to where they live.
